This farm belangs to the family for 20 years.
Luis Pablo : "It's a very symbolic farm because it represents the legacy of our family's work and the product of many years of effort and hard work. At the beginning it was an empty groeund. Each year our familiy works in the utrition of the coffee plantation based on foliar and soil analysis. The good nutrition of the plant produces high quality crops and good results in the cup, besides it produces healthy plantations, stability in quality year by year and a beautiful coffee farm. For this micro-lot we waited for the perfect harvest day, it was collected by our coffee pickers who have been working with us for more than fifteen years, and carefully processed in our micromill Don Mayo with a sun dried honey process."

other: crystal clean, silky mouthfeel, smooth, elegant , intense, bold, syrupy, good aftertaste
This is one of the few coffees we are able to roast in a omni roast without compromising the filter brew nor the espresso. Sounds like a must have.....
