Last year I've signed up for a variety & process project at Los Nogales Estate. This El Roble plot is one of two types of processing I chose: Red Bourbon , black honey process.
Sweet and creamy with soft notes of stone fruit, white berries and a floral finish.
This coffee is grown in the 'Apaneca Llamatepec' area in El Salvador.
