Another great lot from our sourcing project in Santa Rosa. After meeting Fernando Díaz at the 2016 Cup of Excellence competition of Guatemala I got inspired by his farm management vision. Sustainable pioneering and constant improvement. Classic varietals as Bourbon and Caturra are accompanied with exotic ones as SL28, Pacamara and Blue Mountain giving this farm a huge advantage in supplying the right flavour profiles to it's costumers.
This Cielito lot represent the refined version of the Amatillo. A fully washed Red Bourbon which offers you a juicy red apple, grape and orange cane sugar experience. It reminds me of a floral version of a orange peel, almond infused chocolate bar.
