Another great lot from our sourcing project. After meeting Fernando Díaz at the 2016 Cup of Excellence competition of Guatemala I got inspired by his farm management vision. Sustainable pioneering and constant improvement. Classic varietals as Bourbon and Caturra are accompanied with exotic ones as SL28, Pacamara and Blue Mountain giving this farm a huge advantage in supplying the right flavour profiles to it's costumers.
We chose a classic Guatemalan profile with a fresh look at the future. Milkchocolate, hazelnuts, and macadamia with a soft floral aroma and a hint of orange. Creamy mouthfeel and a lively complex acidity with grapes, apple en citric notes.
