The Future, by Chico Isidro Dias Pereira
“Here in Carmo de Minas, and in our region as well, we were blessed with the perfect conditions to grow Specialty Coffees. And when I say that, I mean that our climate conditions, the fertility of our soil, our rainfalls and solar luminosity works together with our efforts to produce the highest quality as possible. These conditions are what is called ‘terroir’ in the wine world. Our mission here is to learn how to explore this ‘terroir’ and make it ‘work’ for us”.
